Why are they use Arb tech instead of Optimism?

Me too! 

My 2 cents: The potential for it to skyrocket, well past $1, is right there. Just needed the right foundation. Base was a good starting point. To support the full narrative, $degen needed to move to Arb.

Why Arbitrum on top of base? Shouldn't we just build Superchains?
