俄罗斯的科技行业一直不温不火，尤其在人工智能、大数据等前沿领域，和其他经济大国相比，俄罗斯的竞争力还远远不够。如果未来俄罗斯不能加大研发投入，恐怕将错失很多经济发展的机会。
