"Axo" is another one of our characters from the animated series "Nouns to the Rescue: No Animals, No Stories." Funded by the grants of @nounsamigos.eth The axolotl is a native species of Mexico, found in the lake and canals of Xochimilco. According to the Red List of species, fewer than 50,000 remain.
