It seems to be the official character of the Akihabara Tourism Association in Japan. It appears to be somewhat popular for doing various challenges while wearing a costume, but the reason it frequently appears in advertisements is a mystery 😂 日本の秋葉原観光協会の公式キャラクターのようです。着ぐるみを着たままいろいろなチャレンジをする事で、ちょっと人気のようですが、広告に頻繁に登場する理由は謎です😂
