breaking through plateau is a hard test of persistence for founders. there’s only 3 viable paths: 1. pivot to a new product 2. continue but make a wildly different move 3. keep as is and hustle harder what is tricky is that all three have success cases: 1=slack, 2=uber (from limo to ridesharing), 3=snapchat

That's right. Although it's on a different level from the founder, I also had a problem with hitting a plateau when playing tennis. At that time, ① I changed my practice partner. Instead of having a fixed practice partner, I called in a childhood friend who was a former intercollegiate player to practice with me. ② I changed the content of my practice. In order to improve my strengths, I had been practicing to improve my good shots, but I also consciously practiced my weaker shots. ③ I changed my equipment. I took the plunge and changed my racket to get closer to my ideal play. And with that, I broke through the plateau 😉
