Not sure if decentralization was ever a talking/selling point of DEGEN And it’s “sufficiently decentralized” as all things should be

Is there a better solution in the early project phases? Decentralization for its sake isn't ideal. On-chain governance or DAOs may worsen things. I often seek input, iterate, and experiment for improvement.
