This is false!

@coinbase's non-custodial embedded wallets use multiparty computation (MPC) to shard private keys between the end user and Coinbase. The full private key can be exported at any time as well!

This is the missing piece to improve UX and to attract users that don't care that much about having ownership over their private keys. 

Much easier on the development side of things as well.

biggest driver imo will be developer delegated authentication

most brands will want to have ‘their’ wallet to have a unified customer experience

100% I had to faff with manually adding airdropped token to MM today - normies simply won't put up with that or be capable of...even though Rainbow wallet is a big improvement on that front already. all token instantly visible incl. NFTs
