Richard Teng, CEO of Binance, confirmed in a recent interview with the Financial Times that several governments and sovereign wealth funds have approached the exchange to build their cryptocurrency reserves. He also noted that the talks included the possible development of a national strategic Bitcoin (BTC) reserve.
