I guess we're still early, but that means the opportunities are endless.

Just find your interest, engage with the community and other content creators, and your follower base will grow. 
From that point everything will become much easier.

for the questions you had though. heres my thoughts.

1) as we start on Web3, we start from scratch as well. A different space, different groups of people, and interests. Different algos, different niche. There is wayy difficult transition to understand as well.
