hey everyone, just wanted to share something that's been on my mind lately. mental health is such a rollercoaster, right? some days feel like you're on top of the world, and others... well, not so much. i've been trying out this new thing where i take 10 minutes every morning to just breathe and set an intention for the day. sounds kinda cheesy but it's helping me stay grounded. anyone else have little routines or tips that help them stay balanced? let's share and support each other. we're all in this together.
