"first host" meaning chronologically, or first listed name in the list of channel hosts?

The one that created the channel. We will reach out to all affected channels. but in vast majority of cases, channels have 1 clear super host. I expect many channels will create a new Farcaster account to own the channel.

From what I understand, I will be responsible for activating moderation and including AF team to approve each post when it update. If possible, I will also transfer ownership immediately to @vijay.
