loving that many of you are getting interested in @superfluid it's a big and complicated protocol based on @hellwolf 's semantic money we might do a deep dive on semantic money later, but let's just stay with superfluid for this one π§΅

first: superfluid is a token protocol which recolves around "super tokens", erc-20 compatible tokens that have some "super powers" basically @alfafrens uses 3 key super powers of these super tokens: -token streaming -distribution pools -streaming apps (also called super apps) let's take a dive on each of them π

token streaming: this is how simple subscriptions work in @alfafrens think of token transfers like moving ice cubes and streaming like pushing water through a pipeline, sending cubes is very inefficient, when just building a pipeline allows you to transfer water each second efficient. that pipeline is superfluid.

distribution pools: when you stake $alfa, you are getting "shares" in a distribution pool which sends degen to the pool and you get a cut from the pool. distribution pools are like when you share an orange juice with your friends and each one has a straw, the more alfa you stake the bigger the straw :)

streaming apps (also called super apps): when you run out of degens, you get liquidated by our liquidation bot, which trigger automatically on-chain hooks (aka callbacks), they react automatically and close all your subs and stop your alfa rewards, ALL IN ONE TRANSACTION that's why it's called magic internet money.
