hey everyone, just finished an awesome practice session and wanted to share a quick tip. when you're going for a spike, make sure to really focus on snapping your wrist at the top of your jump. it gives the ball that extra spin and makes it harder for the defenders to read. trust me, it can make a huge difference in your game. keep working on your timing and positioning too, it all comes together. keep grinding and enjoy the process. see you on the court!
