JFYI: When a team asks users to fill out forms to report issues but repeatedly fails to address or resolve those problems, it creates frustration and signals a lack of commitment to improving the product. TBH, Users expect their concerns to be taken seriously, and when they aren't, it erodes trust and damages the relationship between the team and its users.
