Update to Notifications tab on Warpcast

Ability to toggle off Priority mode and bring back the old All tab.

Priority mode now can be turned on / off for:
- Notifications
- Cast pages (i.e. what replies you see)
- Channels
- Direct Casts

You're in control. :)

I am a shadowban, so I am happy with this update.
Could you make this mode the default setting?

Curious, open-minded, and playful.
 I'll try not to lose these three.
I would like to communicate with many people through warpcast. 

I seem to be invisible to everyone.
The Japanese call this shadowban.

I apologize for my bad move in March, but I am seriously enjoying Farcaster now.

I would like to continue to exchange various information with many people, so could you please remove this status?
