蕎麦安いうめー Soba is a traditional Japanese noodle made from buckwheat flour. The higher the ratio of buckwheat flour, the taete is often better. Soba is especially popular in Nagano Prefecture and has been introduced to regions like Izumo and Izushi, where the flavor is quite similar.
