Huge fan of the ongoing airdrop mechanism that @optimism is championing. It's really difficult to fully assess your most valuable long-term users at token launch. Much better to continuously rewards actions that are valuable as the network scales and evolves. All teams with a token should do this.

Super sharp play by @optimism They get high retention (users stay since they may qualify for future airdrops) while constantly expanding to new relevant demographics. Today, many artists became fans, potentially becoming key advocates for the ecosystem in the future, likely bringing in a wave of collectors with them.
