found this historic yonfrula gem while cleaning up my CD collection earlier today.

the first time i ever monetized my art online was by making cheap illustrated album covers for musicians in a niche subreddit for producers.

i got banned from that subreddit more than once, because all i ever did there was advertise my work.
it was totally worth it, though — even when my posts lasted less than an hour, a few people would still hit me up for gigs.

this cover was one of the first i ever made, for a band from boston.
they were kind enough to send me a few copies of the album!
