well, breakfast burritos usually have bacon, eggs, avocado, potato, and cheese.
an empanada with all that wouldn't make much sense, they're way simpler and smaller than burritos.

yeah, not a common thing here at all, specially for breakfast.
there must be a few places in buenos aires, but not in chaco, where i live.
