sitting on the couch, eating my leftover burrito and crying because a man followed me for blocks after i refused to give him my number :((((

this is becoming a real problem for us.
she literally can't go out alone without men approaching her or asking for her number — which might not seem like a big deal if they just moved on when ignored.

but she's being harassed daily while running at echo park.
2 days ago, someone made a u-turn, got out of their car, and approached her just to ask for her number.

now it's escalating — someone stepped off the bus at her stop and followed her for half a mile in the rain, repeatedly telling her to come closer.

this has been happening consistently for the past month, it's disturbing and incredibly sad.
not sure how to deal with it.

gym membership time unfortunately even tho it’s not right

yeah, but the car thing and today's incident happened in different parts of the city, so it's not only when she runs at the park.

maybe i should get her some pepper spray or a teaser, but for now we'll just stick to going together everywhere...
