Here I am trying to understand how to use and customize the OneHub account that every single artist who submitted art to NFTNYC received by default. They dropped a powerful platform in our laps and I can't find training in my inbox. So I have been searching on my own to learn more about OneHub. Leaving this here for my own easy reference: https://nftnow.com/guides/onehub-guide-nft-artist-community-engagement-revenue/

Also, I asked ChatGPT why in the world NFTNYC would give branded tickets and postcards to artists who have not even been curated into the show yet. It said: "NFT . NYC seems to operate differently [than a traditional curation], likely because their model is built around community engagement and decentralized promotion. By allowing all submitting artists to create NFT tickets and postcards, they encourage broader participation, giving artists an avenue to showcase their work regardless of whether they are officially curated into the event. It could also be a way for NFT . NYC to generate buzz and additional revenue, leveraging the excitement of artists who submitted. The strategy shifts some of the promotional effort onto the artists themselves, increasing visibility for the event overall. But I agree—it does blur the line between curated exhibition and open participation, making the selection process feel less distinct."

Well, yes there was some training from the NFTNYC team in my inbox. I found several emails, very cryptic. I found a link to their "polish your profile" video which was all of 1 minute 45 seconds and didn't cover very much at all. And on Feb. 11 I had downloaded a OneHub Artist Playbook and forgot about it. It is a comprehensive guide, actually.

trouble ticket to the universe. please help. I have tried minting a subscriber free claimable for the last several hours. Macbook pro, Chrome with walletguard installed and metamask. Before I can make an NFT, the system tries creating a contract for me and this is where it's broken. Internal server error 500. vague console error of "something went wrong. please try again later." Steps taken: Checked the max image size and adjusted to be under 20 MB. checked for Chrome updates and applied them, tried again...fail. Reboot computer, tried again, fail. Perhaps it is a browser error, change to Brave - add metamask extension to Brave and try again, still the same error.
