.5-1% is desired slippage in bear market, similar to bull market eth gas prices you'll be better off increasing slippage to 10-15% for shitters but even 1-5% is fine for tokens with enough liq like wif, boden, etc.

Also heavily depends on the interface you're using compared to bots imo!
