Coinbase announced the launch of cbBTC Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase announced the launch of a new product called cbBTC. The company did not disclose details regarding the project. However, in the comments under the Coinbase post there is a message from the official account of the L2 solution Base, which says “Based”. In addition, against the background of the announcement from the exchange, Base founder Jesse Pollack announced plans to “build a large-scale Bitcoin ecosystem on Base.”
