The perfect recipe for chicken in the oven
Ingredients:

whole chicken
1 kg salt (regular without additives, not fine)

Pour 1 kg of salt into a mold with sides. Wash the chicken and dry it with towels, tie the legs.

Put the chicken on the salt with its back down.
Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

The most ideal thing is that this is all such a simple recipe.
