Limited to Gmail in Mail; still hallucinates database formulas if they’re complex

Conversational ticket search, instant ticket summaries, “generate acceptance criteria,” auto‑triage, plus natural‑language JQL  
Saves PMs/devs hours combing through 100‑ticket backlogs; summaries inside Confluence pages keep meetings shorter
Only in cloud editions; some teams find permission boundaries fuzzy (AI can surface info you can technically read but wouldn’t normally)
