did @bbqswap close shop the day @proxyswap launched? full rug?

they closed shop 1 week before iirc, but 2 days ago they tried to do a presale on base and only got 24 usd so they got mad and made some shitpost on warpcast & their TG

They shut down, promised holder a portion of the new token on base, but that seems to be cancelled since they couldnt raise the amount they wanted for presale. 
They did presale on hamchain, lied about the presale price (from 0.03 usd to 0.07ish) so presalers only got around 40% tokens

Did they rug liquidity or just shut down? 

They did a presale for their token, right?
