One idea I thought about comes from soccer Where feeder teams will develop talent but charge transfer fees to bigger teams who have more money So in practice, companies will bear the burden of training, but be incentivized to do so. If a “trainee” leaves for another company, a transfer fee may be assessed

1. Product-driven learning: every student picks a product they are passionate about and get assigned to a set of experts who help them acquire the knowledge and tools required to get the job done 2. Co-creation: people learn from watching experts doing, i.e. hackathons with student-expert mixed teams
