Q: I heard Ted's sister and mom are going (likely don't have summit passes), mcBain's 7yr old going (also likely doesn't have pass) and I'm bringing my wife (on FC but doesn't have pass). Is it mostly a "try to bring along and vibe if it happens" or is there a specific rule regarding +1's we need to be cognizant of

Summit is capped, unfortunately. +1s encouraged and allowed at Afterparty / FarConcert (see @coopahtroopa.eth for the NFT ticket) and to wtf/Art Night (will be in touch) and TBD on the other side events (have her RSVP and chat with the host).

Good question! Hope others can keep me honest. Ted’s mom and sister are officially working. There was a small crowd fund to get them paid to take some pressure off Ted. McBain’s bringing his kid but he’s an organizer so he gets a pass. +1s not allowed at the official events, I can’t speak to the side events.
