1. I use COQbot for similar reason (AVAX-based telegram bot aligned with $COQ meme token, and as part of fee, burns the token) 2. I'm still searching for a BASE-based telegram trading bot. Do we have a DEGENBOT yet?

BananaGun Bot 👌, I think Photon by tinyastro will be the close one for a web based trading bot no TG though, they recently launched to Base. Using $AG Alpha Gardeners in conjunction with these bots are dope and very profitable though thats around $2k~ but you'll make it all back with the trade calls
