I've been holding a long position on gold for almost three years. Back when gold was $1600, it is now $3300, and I don't see any reason to exit my position.

I bought it because I believe the dollar is failing, and this is only becoming more apparent.

I was thinking of dropping some as it rose over $3k, but it's still an indicator of things to come and that's to flock to more stable assets like gold, bitcoin and metals.

Yes, the $3000 mark looked good until it was quickly surpassed. Goldman Sachs predicted gold would reach $3300 by the end of 2025; the rapid escalation suggested it would happen sooner.
