Submission:  The $Degen Billboard. The Advertisers pay $Degen to a smart contract on Base chain to post ADs. The users watch ads and earn $Degen. I like the idea, about the main thing I would want to suggest is that you have some sort of interaction from the user to confirm that it’s them as in a human reading it, and not some script. Kind of like Coinbase earn has a program where you watch a video answer a question and then you get the prize ￼
