Did a little research and with all I’ve read online there was no mention of ETH just ADA,SOL and XRP for the strategic reserve ,But it’s still pumping Is this a bullish or bearish signal for ETH?🤔

as far as I know, the release just said "including" and listed 3 coins. I think the market is expecting - well, there's no way they'll do those 3 and not BTC and ETH That's what I would expect
