There are seven forms of income. - earned income (trade time for money) - profit income (sell good/services more than you bought) - Interest income (keep assets, lend for yield) - Dividend income (investing, earn payouts while holding) - Rental income (own and charge others for use) - Capital Gains (sell asset for more than you bought) - Royalty income (earn when others use what you created/invented) These work. Build them up

Great list! personally I wouldn't want to mess with rental because of all the upkeep involved but can recommend everything else
