I think tiers from /warpcast rewards program need a restructuring! 300 USDC per week is an extremely high amount. It is more than what a person earns working 8 hours a day in many places in the world. I propose a more equal distribution between tiers, where neither the top earn large amounts nor the lattest earn ridiculous amounts.

I can't agree yet, but I'd need to think about it more. I like that top 10 has an outsized award (ie, 100 times bigger than someone in 1000th place) They did 100 times better on engagement. it also makes sense that a small improvement (ie, 1831st place compared to 1024th place) would go up a small amount $3 to $5. I don't see warpcast rewards as charity, social good or being responsible for people being able to eat, etc. That's not the goal. The goal is to drive up engagement, get more people over here and to encourage a little leaderboard competitiveness. either way, 132 $DEGEN for you as appreciation for your remaining couple weeks on my hypersub

More is not always better. Obviously, those at the top of the leaderboard should have a better reward than those at the bottom, but not so disproportionate; Don't forget that at the end they do the same thing: cast. Being higher in the leaderboard doesn't mean that the person has shared better quality content or more engagement. For the algorithm, one rc/like/quote from @ dwr is more valuable than 100 from 'normal' accounts. So those 'OG' have an advantage, since they interact with each other every day, even if the content is not of quality. And obviously, they won't agree to reorganize the tiers. Thanks for the tip friend!
