1/ Heads up to my MOXIE Fan Token holders: I’m exiting my Fan Tokens. It’s been a fun experiment, but it’s not for me anymore. 

No rage quitting, no ill will, no insider info. Just time to move on.

But wait, there's more, and you might want to read on before front-running me.  For it is I who will front-run YOU.

Whatever your decentralized, borderless, neutral, censorship-resistant open blockchain question is, the answer is YES… to Crypto!

2/ I want to be clear: I have NOT sold my Fan Tokens yet. 

I don’t want anyone who bought my Fan Tokens to feel scammed, screwed, or taken advantage of. 

Transparency is key to me here.

3/ I see 32% of my tokens are locked. 

That includes 25 of you whose tokens are fully locked for some time. I want to ensure this process is fair for everyone before I exit.

5/ My plan: I will sell 100% of my Fan Tokens. 

HOWEVER

I will NOT sell until all current Fan Token holders have had the chance to sell BEFORE me.  That means at least 90 days from now.  

So you have time.

6/ Not only will I wait to sell, I’ll buy more soon

...at least 1M MOXIE worth 

That's right - some time this week I'll buy at least one million MOXIE worth of my own Fan Tokens and lock them, plus my existing 55%, for 90+ days. 

This hopefully ensures fairness, raises the price for my FT holders so they can exit at a profit, and gives plenty of time for them to do so.

(note you'll need to remember to unlock and sell when you can)

7/ For clarity:

• Sell now if you wish.
• Wait for my 1M+ MOXIE buy if you prefer, and hopefully profit
• Don’t care? Keep holding.

I won’t sell until 90+ days after my buy+lock, and I’ll wait at least another week after that to sell (with notice)

8/ My goal: Avoid anyone feeling taken advantage of. 

With me already holding 55%, I’ve already driven the price up, and my 1M MOXIE buy should increase it further.

9/ Stay tuned for updates

I’ll likely make this 1M+ purchase in the next couple of days days and will reply here when it’s done.   Then, when it's time for me to sell, I'll give another notice.

I wanted to share this ONLY with my Fan Token holders, but I lack the patience/skills to do it privately.   At least not without DMing them, or adding them unsolicited to a group chat.  The NFT-gate route was too much for me right now.

So, I’m making my intentions public with this thread.
