I don't understand how this really works

I'm a Rabby on desktop fan.  Why would I vote if it's already 54-0 against.  

I also don't get teh "on ShapeShift" part - I don't even know what that means. There's a "rainbow on shapeshift" AND there's a "rabby on shapeshift?"
