The jobs that are going to be most decimated by this current (and the next few subsequent) forms of AI imo is the jobs that Graeber's talks about in "Bullshit Jobs"

Not specifically. It’s more about the lazy corrupt bleeding the hardworking dry. When the “doers” - the capable, the ones keeping everything running - decide they’ve had enough, they stop.

 It’s not giving up; it’s pulling back their effort to show the world can’t function without them.

In that way it’s like a strike. But totally different energy

And I haven’t seen the movie but I doubt it did it service.  I’ll check it out and see

I’m currently on my third re-reading of it. This, like a few others (animal farm, farenheit 451, 1984, brave new world) get a periodic revisit by me to keep my brain and suspicions alive

I've actually never read it but watched a movie version awhile ago - do people strike in it?
