oku.trade is one that I've used successfully for DEGEN/WETH pair on base. They've said they're open to adding more pairs upon request.  

I've been told on my daily meme-shaming of matcha that cowswap has it.  I haven't tried it because I get a little leery of how it's being pitched to me.  I have no specific reason why I'm avoiding it.

note that uniswap, matcha both support limit orders on other chains like mainnet, BSC/BNB, polygon.  Trader Joe has limit orders on AVAX.  

So it exists, but in order for it to stay decentralized, it has to create a one-sided LP and then a bot deployed to monitor it and close it once it fills up 100% with impermanent loss the other way.  Not easy.

I see you. Can only say that cowswap is the OG intent based swap system, all the others came after it. They're generally same rate or even better than any other aggregator (since they use regular dex and maybe private liquidity for solving swaps) and you have the same minimum-after-slippage guarantees. Also has a good team working on UX and ease of use. Not involved with it but long term fan :)
