i noticed that ever since my groupchat push notifications started saying "30+ new messages in XYZ groupchat," i stopped clicking through to check the groupchat due to (i think) the mental barrier to reasonably catch up on everything. just me?

Warpcast is still okay. Telegram is worse. Discord is even worse. Information fatigue is realllll.
