the more I think about it the easier it should be, even a basic framework, make it modular, open source, let everyone contribute, make it the WordPress of smart contract creation. I don't have a lot of time, but I can provide direction, consult, and incentives for those who want to try

here's a roadmap
month 1: functioning node editor (agree on  existing os), name/domain
month 2: initial smart contract functions, keep it simple stupid, erc20, etc existing recipes, modular, test functionality
month 3: testnet for beta users, let people break things
month 4: fix major bugs release v1 open source
