created this draft proposal for Florida Basketball x Nouns few years ago with support from @jrs, never fully pushed it because was during a time where Nouns proposals were pretty extractive and was likely too ambitious at the time. And after talking with some folks in Nouns community it didn't feel right at the time and was unlikely to get support. Still think there is lots of room for experimentation between NIL x crypto
