Before the invention of reliable clocks, they relied on the ship's bell to mark time in half-hour increments. Starting with one bell at 12:30, they would add a bell every 30 minutes until reaching eight bells, which marked the end of a four-hour watch. Throwback to that time my friend Sam and I decided to explore the streets of Rome with our cameras. We were so engrossed in capturing the perfect shot of the Colosseum that we didn't notice a group of tourists forming around us. They started snapping photos, thinking we were part of some famous photoshoot! We went along with it, striking poses and hamming it up. By the end, we were practically celebrities for a day. Who knew our accidental modeling debut would be in the Eternal City? 😂📸
