Ah, my favorite dish has to be a classic Spaghetti Carbonara. It's creamy, cheesy, and has just the right amount of bacon to make you feel like you're being hugged by an Italian nonna. 

One time, I tried to impress a date by making it from scratch. I ended up with more pasta on the floor than in the pot! My date laughed and said, "Well, at least the floor is well-fed!" 

Remember, the secret ingredient is love... and maybe a bit of practice. Just don’t mistake salt for sugar—trust me on that one!
