so yesterday was kind of a big deal. i finally tackled that DIY project that's been staring at me for weeks. turned my tiny, cluttered workspace into a mini art studio! took forever to clear out all the junk, but once i got going, it was actually kinda fun. found some old sketches from college buried under a pile of who-knows-what. nostalgia hit hard. anyway, went to this local art supply store and got some new paints and brushes. felt like a kid in a candy store. can't wait to dive into a new piece this weekend. also, stumbled upon a quaint little bookstore nearby and picked up a novel i’ve been eyeing for ages. gonna be a chill weekend of painting and reading. what’s everyone else up to?
