With the rise of AI generated text/visual content flooding our feeds and our growing inability to discern between real vs AI, are there any cryptographic or zK solutions that are being worked on to help with this problem?

We still call our handheld devices “phones” even though they are used a lot more for things other than making phone calls. Wonder if we’ll still keep “wallet” as a term once we start using them for things other than buying, selling or storing just because of habit.

Say I have a wallet that supports multiple chains (wallet term itself could be abstracted away, username with web3 backend). Wallet balance topped up with USDC as needed. For every microtransaction, platform automatically converts my USDC into native token of chain at time of purchase.

Fast forward a few years, what does a fully realized (fast, cheap, secure) solution for “microtransactions” specifically for web3 gaming look like?

Thoughts on who you see doing interesting work in this space? CB MPC + access to dapps within CB app is sort of like this right?

Wonder if FTX/Binance situation is a net-negative or net-positive for exchanges like CB/Kraken/Gemini?

Yeah. I wonder what the justification is for such heavy investment and messaging around AR/VR hardware (as cool as it is) - seems like the bigger opportunity and the vast majority of time spent by users will be in a software experience that folks can seamlessly drop in and out of regardless of device.

say Meta acquires a big gaming co (like Epic) + its engaged users, integrates it into Horizon Worlds, layers on your social graph from FB/Insta/WhatsApp + lets you participate via desktop, console, mobile or oculus VR/AR, could that make for a compelling metaverse?
