I decided to mostly keep it for myself,
I decided to nearly give it all away.

At first I was fulfilled
and then I was erased.

And then I saw
that the time that passed

(at once just here)
could never be regained.

These were the memories, 
the patterns on a screen:

a series of forgotten shows
trailing out behind me.

Did I mention that These Memories was minted with a poem? No, I did not.
