Good morning, friends. Today our country is celebrating the Day of The Ukrainian Π‘oat of Arms, The TRIDENT, also known as the Tryzub (Π’ΡΠΈΠ·ΡΠ±). The Trident has an ancient origin, dating back to the Kyivan Rusβ period (9thβ13th centuries). It was used as a symbol by Prince Volodymyr the Great (r. 980β1015). The interesting fact that Tryzub's shape can be read as the word "ΠΠΠΠ―" (VOLYA) in Ukrainian, meaning "freedom" or "will". It's not just a symbol of the state, it represents the unbreakable spirit of Ukraine and its people. /travel-ukraine
