Chewing gum: harm or benefit. You can chew gum for no more than 15 minutes and only after eating. Choose chewing gum with xylitol or sorbitol. No chewing gum can replace brushing your teeth. Therefore, it is better to brush your teeth after eating. But at least don’t forget to brush your teeth morning and evening. Do you like bubble gum?
