The Rape of the Sabine Women : it depicts a large group of people gathered in a city square. The painting shows some individuals holding red cloths, and they appear to be engaged in a heated discussion about what to do with them. it is not only the title of this painting but also describes a horrendous incident in history. The founding of Rome in around 800BC by Romulus and his men was followed by a shortage of women, which led to the abduction of the Sabine women.

In my opinion, the people of Rome at that time were very uncultured and unbelieving, because slavery, buying and selling captive women, and brutal battles are reasons for this, 13 $RARE .
