I'll never not love startups, but I definitely have some gripes about them from time to time.

At some startups, I've found my real tribe, managers I legitimately loved, and great vibes. 🚀

The dark side of this has been startups where leadership tries to keep everyone siloed and just wants code / asset monkeys. There's some even darker stuff too, but I wouldn't want to scare folks. 😅

It's wild how entirely different these kinds of startups feel. As a founder myself, my goal is to be my very best as a leader and get better every day. I've been in the shoes of folks down the totem pole and everywhere in between.

In general, I think it's time we just be better to each other. Novel idea, I know.
